Gentleness

Gentleness is hands, reaching out to hug me,

squeezing me around my waist,

Gentleness is a breeze, softly blowing,

on my face and ruffling my hair.

Gentleness is a teddy bear, giving me someone to snuggle,

on the cold dark night.
Gentleness is fragile because he is easily broken.

But gentleness is strong when everybody uses it.

New Trees!!!

On Tuesday Barry came to plant some trees. There where two types. The first was an chery tree and the second was an oak tree. He put these in with a big machine called a tree spade. After they were planted there was a blessing and Deacon Finn blesesed the trees.

Last night I went to a learning conversation with Mrs Deeley and Mum about my goals for reading, writing and maths. I showed Mum all the things I am going to do to learn my goals. I really liked it.
Next time I go I want to have new goals to share.

I had a learning conversation with Mrs Deeley and mum to tell mum about my goals for maths, reading and writing. I liked it a lot. I showed mum all of my things that I was going to do to learn my goals in my portfolio. Mum thought it was cool.  Next time I do this I  want to have some new goals to share.

This term I am going to try to learn all of my times tables.
